Practice the interview you’re actually going to get.
Not a generic question bank. Upload your resume, name the role and the company — Mentari researches how that company actually interviews for it, builds the round around what it finds, and puts you in it.
30 minutes. We'll run a live interview on a real role.

It does the homework before you sit down.
- 01
Upload your resume.
It gets read properly — every project, every claim, every number you did and didn’t put in. The vague bits get noted, because those are what a real interviewer pushes on.
- 02
Name the role and the company.
Paste the job description if you have one. If you don’t, that’s fine — it works out what the role involves from the title and the company.
- 03
Mentari researches how they actually interview.
It looks up recent candidate reports for that specific company and role — how many rounds, in what order, what they focus on, how hard they push, and where the bar sits. Then it builds your round from what it found, not from a generic template.
- 04
You interview.
A real voice conversation, fifteen to forty minutes. It follows up when you’re vague, asks for the number when you say “improved a lot,” and backs off with a hint when you’re genuinely stuck. Then it scores you — every competency tied to the moment in the transcript that earned it.
Most mock interviews ask you generic questions. This one finds out how your target company interviews, and then interviews you that way.
And when it’s your whole batch: every student gets this, not just the ones who book a slot. You get the other half — one dashboard showing who’s ready, who’s borderline, and who’s at risk, with the evidence behind every call.

Everyone knows the students aren’t ready. Nobody can prove which ones.
A placement cell of three people cannot sit 800 mock interviews. So mocks go to the students who ask for them — usually the ones who need them least. The rest find out they freeze under follow-up questions during the actual interview, in front of the actual recruiter, on the one attempt that counted.
And when a recruiter asks why the conversion rate dropped, the honest answer is a shrug. There’s no record of how anyone actually performed.
- How many mocks can three people run in six weeks?
- Roughly 120. Ten hours a week each, thirty minutes a session.
- How many students are in the batch?
- Usually 400 to 1,200.
- How many get a second one?
- Almost none.
What you actually get
Everything between “I have an interview” and “I got the offer.”
It did its homework on the company.
Before you start, Mentari researches how your target company actually interviews for that role — how many rounds, in what order, what they focus on, and how hard they push.
It asks the second question.
Anyone can read a question off a list. The follow-up is where readiness actually shows — why that approach, what breaks at 10x, what you would do differently.
Scores you can point at.
Every competency is tied to the moment in the transcript that earned it. Not “communication: 6/10” — the quote, the timestamp, the reason.
It runs at batch scale.
Four hundred interviews in a week does not cost four hundred interviewer-hours. It costs a CSV upload.
